The Buffalo Mozzarella exhibition is an important event, well known all over the World. From May 24th to May 26th the Archaeological Area of Paestum will host the 8th Edition of the Salone della Mozzarella, to give you the chance to know, see and taste one of the best product of the Mediterranean food. “The Mozzarella on the road” will be
part of the event. You can meet the best mozzarella makers and join the different production’s phases, ending with a good tasting of our typical food. Also, during the event, you can assist at the World Championship of the Mozzarella Eaters who are in the Guinness World Records. So many things to see and to do, a nice weekend where you can combine the history with the taste: The Buffalo Mozzarella and Paestum, one of the most important archaeological site of the World… don’t miss it!
